When I submitted my entries for this juried show at the Pacific Art League in Palo Alto, I crossed my fingers that my work would be accepted – for a couple of reasons.  The first being that the juror was Valerie Wade, Director of Crown Point Press in San Francisco, and the second reason was that I had never before exhibited in the Main Gallery at the Pacific Art League.  My monotype, Lines II was accepted and I was thrilled when I was notified.
